Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced millwork Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This position will require you to work on high‑end commercial projects, focusing on architectural casework and custom woodwork. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of millwork projects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Review and approve project designs and specifications, ensuring that they meet all necessary standards and requirements.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve any project issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations.
Conduct regular project reviews and reports on project status to senior management.
Continually seek opportunities to improve project management processes and practices.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
Proven experience with woodwork, custom work, architectural casework, casework, architectural millwork, and high‑end commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve project issues effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
A degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to work under pressure.
