What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations, ensuring project success
Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive program plans, including budgets and resource allocation
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating major project ceremonies and communications
Manage project budgets, tracking burn rates and forecasting resource needs for multiple concurrent projects
Analyze implementation performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics
Proven track record managing project budgets of $100K+, including forecasting and financial reporting
Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementations (3‑5+ projects) with competing priorities
Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and deliverable tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software, including integration patterns and data flows
Familiarity with transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, air) and logistics documentation
Experience with SaaS implementation models, including discovery, configuration, integration, and UAT
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences
Collaborative work style with success in partnering across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams
