We are currently seeking team members for full time
Production Testing Day Supervisors
in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. Major Roles And Responsibilities
Supervision of site and personnel
Liase with other service companies on location if necessary
Supervision and completion of the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job
Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment
Communicate effectively with client, on site personal, night operators on cross-shift and operations managers
Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift
Creation of Daily Operations Tickets, including following customer price lists for billing and ensuring crew charges are all recorded accurately for both day & night shifts on location.
Completion of necessary shift paperwork.
Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Field Superintendent and Operations Management
