A leading consultancy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver a major SAP ERP implementation for a manufacturing business based in Orange County, CA.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to someone with deep delivery experience and a consultative approach to leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead SAP ERP implementation activities from planning through go-live Own and execute cut-over planning from legacy systems to SAP Coordinate test strategy and readiness across teams Provide structure, pace, and clarity in a dynamic transformation program Guide cross-functional teams while managing senior stakeholder expectations Support a local onsite presence (3–4 days/week) in a manufacturing environment What You’ll Bring
Proven track record delivering SAP ERP projects (ECC or S/4HANA) Expertise in cut-over execution and testing coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Background in
manufacturing or industrial sectors Experience working in or alongside
consulting/professional services Based in
Southern California
