The Opportunity We are looking for a project coordinator to coordinate translation project activities among appropriate external resources that vary by project and can include translators, editors, proofreaders, DTP designers, and localization engineers. Additionally, the project coordinator will provide support for associate project managers & project managers in managing large scale projects.

Your Impact

Analysis of projects using translation memory software

Support cost estimate analysis and preparation

Development of efficient workflows and oversee the use and maintenance of tools such as translation memories, style guides, and glossaries

Preparation of files to be translated or placement of projects or negotiation of budgets and schedules with freelance translatorsAssisted supervision of the full life cycle of translation projects according to client parameters

Support associate project managers & project managers in managing large scale translation projects

Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative tasks and reporting

Qualifications for Success

Minimum 1–2‑year translation industry experience including use of translation tools

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and a true team player

Tech savvy, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to develop budgets and schedules

Energetic self‑starter with initiative and creative approach to problem solving

Strong computer skills including MS Office and Internet applications

Commitment to professional customer service

Fluency in English and preferably a second language

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
