Dental Treatment Coordinator

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:45 am – 2:00 pm
Friday: 7:45 am – 12:00 pm
1‑hour lunch break each day

Answer incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and emergencies
Establish trusting relationships with new patients
Track pending and incomplete treatments
Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies
Present treatment plans to patients
Ensure dental goals are met in relation to dental services
Schedule appointments
Request records
Conduct patient follow‑ups
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Two or more years of dental front‑office experience
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with a team
