Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage the operational aspects of complex projects. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
Responsibilities
Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as a liaison between project management, planning, and production operations.
Review project status, manage schedules, and prepare detailed status reports.
Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and satisfaction goals.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and implement interventions when necessary.
Lead cross‑functional projects involving manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Utilize tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
5 years of experience managing projects valued at over $3 million.
5 years of experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience using JIRA and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification.
