High Precision Build Equipment Operations (Micrometric, AUTOBOND, HGA Build) Wire Bond (HESSE bonder)/Thermal Compressor Bond/Ultrasonic Bond Ability to perform Wirebond operation and Strain Relief operation This role would need to be a versatile Engineer tech to work with their dev team Epoxy/Adhesive/Strain Relief Application High/Low Power Inspection (Leica) New product assembly and test Tooling and component/assembly qualification Metrology Lab Equipment/Tooling Maintenance Audit readiness Special projects like Fuji Film drive activities and all builds needed for equipment and qualifications Pilot Line end to end management including all non-production, material, planning, and shipping logistics Communication
