Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000
Work Designation:
Hybrid: If you live within 50 miles of our offices in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC you will work in the office at least 60% of the week and from home the remaining portion.
Remote: If you live more than 50 miles from the offices you will work from home; occasional office visits may be requested.
Travel:
Less than or equal to 10%
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Assist business units with process improvement events, identifying root causes, metrics, and recommended changes.
Act as subject‑matter expert on process, technology, and rule analysis and recommendations.
Develop project charters, detailed plans, and schedules; facilitate kickoff meetings.
Provide work direction and general project management to initiatives.
Assess progress, gather metrics, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on scope, time, cost and quality.
Provide constructive feedback and maintain productive relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Conduct formal reviews with sponsors upon project completion.
Assist in developing and improving business process improvement methodologies.
Coach less experienced consultants on initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience in project management, root cause analysis, and change management.
Proficiency in process improvement techniques, diagnostic and creative problem‑solving, facilitation, and negotiation.
Knowledge of the project lifecycle, business capabilities framework, and business process re‑engineering.
Strong teamwork, communication at all organizational levels, and collaboration with IT, business units and management.
Consultative skill set: problem identification, solution development and stakeholder buy‑in.
Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Six or more years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project leadership.
Education & Experience Preferred
Certification in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent project management/quality certification.
Total Rewards The salary range for this job is $80,000 - $100,000. Compensation decisions are based on education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. Base salary is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, health‑care flexible spending, 401(k) plans, annual bonuses, stock purchase options, 11 paid holidays, up to 20 days PTO, and state‑mandated sick leave.
