Program Overview
DuPont’s Rotational Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program seeks talented individuals to catalyze positive change across our global supply chain. Participants undergo immersive assignments in Supply Chain at various company businesses, combined with formal education, networking, mentorship, and exposure to leadership roles.
Responsibilities Implement process improvements in supply chain and procurement, optimize distribution networks, and drive competitiveness. Roles include Asset Scheduler, Distribution Requirements Planner, Material Planner, Demand Coordinator, Business Process Specialist, and Procurement Process Improvement Specialist.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related major.
GPA of 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale).
Minimum of 6 months paid co‑op or internship experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related field.
Legal right to work in the United States without restrictions.
Expectations
100% geographic flexibility; willing to relocate to new locations as needed.
Commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (approximately 24 months per assignment).
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months.
Learning agility, strong critical‑thinking skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this role is $67,200.00 – $105,600.00 annual. Compensation is determined through DuPont’s job leveling framework, factoring in role, location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and performance.
