Job Summary We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person to support product and service inquiries.

Collect, enter, and confirm orders for new products or additional services.

Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns; elevate to specialists or other team members as needed.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, tracking inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.

Collaborate with Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Support artwork routing, proof approvals, and job tracking to keep projects on schedule.

Required Skills & Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong customer‑service orientation with a solution‑driven approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software systems (e.g., ERP or Label Traxx).

Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience required; manufacturing or packaging label experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

Occasional standing and movement as needed.
