to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The
Data Analyst
role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry. What You’ll Do:
The Contractor shall collect, analyze, and report training data; support program evaluation; provide predictive analysis; ensures data compliance; and drives continuous improvement. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 0-5% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: The Contractor shall analyze training performance, student throughput, and readiness data in support of JTETD objectives. The Contractor shall develop dashboards linking training data with JTS trauma registry metrics to inform leadership decisions. Provide datasets for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews. The Contractor shall support quarterly readiness reports and data visualizations for leadership briefings. The Contractor shall ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems of record. The Contractor shall recommend improvements to data collection and analysis methodologies What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field 3 to 5 years developing instructional materials. 2 to 4 years in data analytics; proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau/Power BI. Ability to conduct data quality assessments. Experience with healthcare or educational datasets What We Offer:
