Job Description Day to Day Duties

Customer service representative in inbound clinical call center

Answer an array of questions from policy members (ID cards, primary care physicians, specialists, etc.)

Multi-task to perform data entry, research and document calls

Shift:

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Pay Rate:

$14.00-15.00

Qualifications Requirements

HS diploma or GED

1-3 years relevant experience
