What you’ll do As an independent contractor, you will customize and deliver evidence‑based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You will model classroom‑ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation, and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.
What matters to us A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative, research‑aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job‑embedded, collaborative, data‑informed) is a plus.
Work style Remote and project‑based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence and leadership.
