We are seeking an
in-person, certified Special Education Teacher
to provide instructional and support services to
K–12 students . Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, this role supports student achievement through individualized instruction, collaboration with general education staff, and participation in program planning. Details
Start Date: January 12, 2026 Duration: 20-week contract Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Setting: School-based | In-Person Only Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred) Valid state teaching certification (Special Education preferred) Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education certification accepted LBS1 endorsement preferred Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements CPR, TB clearance, and health certificate as required Must be at least 18 years of age To apply, email your resume to doschaib@amergis.com or call 813-371-5161.
