As a K-12 Professional Learning Facilitator you'll educate, engage, and empower teachers and school leaders as they strengthen practice and grow results.

What you'll do:
As an independent contractor you'll customize and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You'll model classroom-ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation, and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.
What matters to us:
A bachelor's degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job-embedded collaborative data-informed) is a plus.
The work style:
Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence, and leadership.
