The Soccer Academy was founded in 2003 and has placed over 90% of its graduates into college and professional soccer programs.
Position Summary Darlington School Soccer Academy has formed a strategic partnership with Southern Soccer Academy to form the SSA Residential Academy and run the U16, U17 and U19 MLS Next AD teams. Position is for a Head Coach of either the U16 or U17 Boys' MLS Next AD team. This is a full‑time salaried position with full insurance and retirement benefits. Additional employment benefits can include campus housing, employee children attending Darlington School, and robust professional development support.
Qualifications 4 year college degree, US Soccer "C" License or higher
