As a Behavior Technician (BT) in Fremont, CA, you will support children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy—helping them grow, gain confidence, and succeed in everyday life. You won’t just clock in and clock out—you’ll receive hands‑on ABA training, work closely with a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and implement personalized treatment plans. $20 – $28/hour Hours:

Monday–Friday (8am–10pm) and weekends (8am–5pm) Position:

and be part of something bigger. Responsibilities Build professional relationships with clients and families. Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Communicate availability changes to the admin team at least one month in advance. Implement ABA targets as trained and documented. Complete session notes and data tracking accurately. Maintain regular contact with your BCBA supervisor. Apply supervisor feedback to improve service quality. Follow all agency policies and procedures. Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED. Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or behavioral challenges. Passion for helping kids with autism and developmental differences. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes. Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance. Clean DOJ/FBI background check.
