Temporary Concession Team Member for Rusty Taco for the Diamondbacks Spring Training
Location: Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Event: Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training Duration: February 20 – March 24 Schedule: Mostly daytime shifts 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with one evening game
Position Overview Rusty Taco is hiring Temporary Concession Team Members to support food operations during Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training at Salt River Fields. This is a fast-paced, fun, outdoor work environment serving fans during one of Arizona’s busiest spring events.
Pay Rate $25–$30 per hour, including tips. Tips are pooled and paid out according to company policy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve Rusty Taco menu items quickly and accurately
Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Stock supplies and assist with setup and breakdown of the concession stand
Provide friendly, upbeat customer service to fans
Work as part of a team in a high-volume environment
Schedule & Availability Requirements
Must be available to work the full event period: February 20 – March 24
Mostly day shifts (10:00 AM-4:00 PM)
One evening game required
Weekend availability required (game days)
Qualifications
Previous food service or concession experience preferred (not required)
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to follow food safety and cash-handling procedures
