Ideal candidates are forward‑thinking, optimistic, innovative, and experienced in HACCP procedures, quantitative food production, food cost management, and leading a team of at least four employees. Above‑average computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Federal School Food Programs are preferred. A friendly attitude is a must.
Must be Manager Serve Safe Certified.
Compensation & Schedule Starting Salary: $20.93 per hour (can increase based on verified years of experience).
Location: Stanley Switlik Elementary School, Marathon, FL
Hours per day: 8
Paid Holidays: 6
Total Contracted Days: 196 out of 365 (Pending Start Date)
Paychecks per year: 24 (twice per month) (Pending Start Date)
