Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa.
Responsibilities Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attending recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience. Previous leadership experience preferred.
