Description Connections Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Westgate Branch in Boise. The candidate we are looking for has a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail.

Schedule Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay $16-$21 per hour DOE. Connections Credit Union also offers monthly + annual incentives if eligible.

Duties and Responsibilities As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact with our members and be responsible for processing member transactions, primarily dealing in cash and checks. MSRs promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members. This position will also be expected to occasionally travel to various Treasure Valley Idaho branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches. Flexibility with travel and reliable transportation is expected.

Skills and Qualifications

Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required

Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information

Basic financial knowledge

High School Graduate or GED

Must be bondable
