Responsibilities HRI Hospital is a 66‑bed psychiatric facility offering adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. It is part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts and provides competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth. The medical director is a board‑certified psychiatrist responsible for patient caseload management and supervision of physicians and PMHNPs. This clinical leadership position includes organizing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing mentorship. The schedule is Monday‑through‑Friday with limited call.

Qualifications

Board‑certified psychiatrist.

Minimum of 3 years of practicing experience.

Strong clinical leadership and supervisory experience.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
