Qualifications and Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design (or equivalent industry experience)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Adobe Suite and 3D modeling experience a plus
Knowledge of North Carolina horticulture and proper planting techniques
Experience designing softscapes, hardscapes, lighting, and drainage systems
Conduct site visits and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the design and revision process
Create design proposals, estimates, and accurate field measurements for residential and light commercial projects
Proven sales ability through client relationship building and lead follow-up
Organized, professional, and confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Salary $50,000 to $60,000 base salary plus commission, OTE $80k ($30k commission) commensurate with experience.
