Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $40.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform offers students online Spanish tutoring. As a tutor you will:
Create personalized lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Teach 1‑on‑1 online, or accept instant tutoring requests when available.
Use the Live Learning Platform to deliver instruction remotely.
Provide impact on students’ learning journeys from home.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
Expertise in Spanish and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate‑level education.
Benefits and Compensation
Incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hr.
Pay up to twice per week; fast and reliable compensation.
