Overview of responsibilities: Advising our clients premium cardholders by phone and email in both French and English Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
