About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Associate General Dentist to join our growing dental practice. R&R Dental Care is a family-owned practice with two locations on the Central Coast of California (San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande). Our offices are open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm. Time will be spent at one or both locations working with a great team. Compensation is a competitive guaranteed daily per diem OR percentage of production (whichever is higher).
Applicants must be proficient and confident creating comprehensive treatment plans, general restorative procedures, crown and bridge (CEREC experience is preferred), removable prosthodontics, restoration of dental implants and some oral surgery. Experience with endodontics and pediatrics is a bonus but not required. Our practice focuses on doctor-led and patient-centered care utilizing advanced technologies and personalized treatment plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
A minimum of two years as a practicing dentist is required
Valid California Dental License
Dental Degree from an accredited university (DDS/DMD)
Digital dental practice management software experience is preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent chair-side manner
Excellent customer service skills
CEREC experience preferred
Team player
