Core Purpose:
To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Position Purpose Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results‑driven fitness programming.

Progressive goal setting for every client
Equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities
Conduct initial fitness consultations
Engage with members to drive new client acquisition
Program design for individual client success
Serve personal training sessions
Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities
Deliver customer service excellence (friendly, clean, helpful problem resolution)
Demonstrate knowledge of new fitness trends and product offers
Maintain valid certifications and keep them active throughout employment

Experience Levels
Level 0PT
– $17.50/hr session rate (All states except CA); $17.50/hr non‑session rate (CA only). No experience needed; we provide certification and CPR training.
Level 1PT
– $20/hr session rate. Less than 1 year of experience or a CPT/bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
Level 2PT
– $25/hr session rate. 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience.
Education/Certification Requirements
Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment (must be completed in person, not online).
Other Requirements
Successful background check.
Compensation Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.
Hourly Position - Potential Annual Earnings
$40,000–$80,000 USD
