Equity Research Associate
Ladenburg Thalmann is seeking an exceptional candidate for our Equity Research Department. The chosen candidate will be responsible for following the progress of researching other additional public and private companies. The chosen candidate will support the research team in the efforts to analyze companies and make stock recommendations to institutional investor clients. Additionally, the chosen candidate will have an interest in equity research and financial modeling.
Annual Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
Responsibilities & Job Requirements:
Coordinate meetings and communicate with company management.
Perform administrative support functions. Scheduling meetings and calls.
Write company and industry reports
Interact with Ladenburg's institutional sales force and investors.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability and desire to work in a collaborative/team environment.
Ability to work independently and manage critical tasks within strict timelines.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, or related fields.
FINRA licenses Series 7
