Premier Security Officer - Flex

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Site Location: A fun and unique environment in (Lucas Valley) Nicasio, California
Commute Distance & Rush-Hour Commute Time
Petaluma – 15–20 miles, 35–45 minutes
Richmond – 20–25 miles, 40–55 minutes
Vallejo – 25–30 miles, 45 min – 1 hr 5 min
San Francisco – 30–35 miles, 1 hr 10 min – 1 hr 45 min
Oakland – 35–40 miles, 1 hr – 1 hr 25 min
Santa Rosa – 45–50 miles, 1 hr 15 min – 1 hr 30 min
Clear Lake – 75–90 miles, 2 hrs – 2 hrs 30 min
Schedule: Day, Swing & Grave as flex (must be available for two combination shifts as flex – Monday to Sunday)

Responsibilities
Monitor the premises to ensure security
Conduct patrols, on foot or on company vehicle, to spot any suspicious activity
Control access points and verify identities
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Write detailed reports on events and incidents
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Have documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
Have 2 years of security officer experience
Have a valid CA Driver’s License
Have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening, conducted after an offer is extended
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and strong problem solving skills
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
Have a state security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
