Shentel is hiring a year-round part-time Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Radford, VA Shentel Cable Store. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain a consistent yet flexible work schedule throughout the full calendar year, including summers.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service professional. The RCSR will sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
We offer a great work environment and competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities:
25-30 hours are available Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Opportunities for more hours based on business needs
Closed on Saturday and Sunday
Must Have:
Reputation for working in a dynamic, fun environment
Your high school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience
We are looking for motivated individuals who love a challenge and are ready to meet our customers’ needs and grow the Shentel brand.
This is a year-round, part-time position.
