Job Responsibilities
Prospect residential customers by promoting the employer's internet services.
Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and follow up via in-person, phone, and email communication.
Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant customer information and conversion status.
Partner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate the value proposition of the employer's offerings to customers.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to exert oneself physically over extended periods, including frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Experience in the ISP or telecom industry.
Proficiency in SalesForce or other industry-leading lead management software.
Proven track record of a strong work ethic and solid communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.
