Institutional Sales Associate
provides critical operational and administrative support for FIG’s Institutional Sales team. This role serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Operations/Contracting teams, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication across annuity and life business.
This position plays an important role in supporting new business and inforce processing, assisting agents and internal partners, and helping ensure a smooth, consistent experience for all parties.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Sales & Operations Support
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations/Contracting teams (Annuity & Life).
Answer and assist with operational questions related to new business and inforce processing.
Support The Standard new business and inforce processing workflows.
Assist with book-of-business maintenance and agent changes.
Provide backup support to Sales Associate - Onboarding and related tasks as needed.
Systems & Process Support
Assist with e-application software questions and training.
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within FIG systems.
Learn and effectively use FIG platforms, tools, and processes.
Additional Support
Assist the institutional sales team and FIG with other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Comfort with data entry, systems, and learning new software platforms
Skills & Intangibles That Matter Most
