W2 – Employee Sales Representative

1099 – Independent Sales Contractor

(Experienced, self-managed high-performers)

Compensation & Benefits

Fast Start Bonus: up to $5,000 ($200 per claim filed)

Commission: 14–15% (1099) ; Tiered 11–13% (W2) based on revenue (see list below)

O&E Fee: 10% (1099) ; 20% (W2)

No schedule requirements – full autonomy (1099)

Full support/training, structured career path, assigned Sales Supervisor (W2)

Access to optional company marketing/equipment package

Eligible for contests, incentive trips, and tier bonuses

Commission Tiers (W2)

$250,000 = 11%

$500,000 = 12%

$750,000 = 13%

Requirements (1099)

Must show $1,000,000+ in previous annual roofing/solar/exterior revenue (proof required – CRM screenshots or pay stubs)

Must provide at least one verification: CRM screenshots, pay stubs, or commission statements

Requirements (W2)

Under $1,000,000 prior revenue

Performance-based draw programs available
