Regional Associate Director, Client Leadership & Management The Regional Associate Director, Client Leadership & Management partners closely with the client and internal agency teams to deliver strategic excellence, high-quality design, flawless execution, and, most importantly, measurable business results across the region.

This role acts as a key regional lead, supporting the development and execution of integrated solutions that align client objectives with agency capabilities, ensuring consistency, efficiency and impact across markets.

About the Role

The Regional Associate Director, Client Leadership & Management serves as the day-to-day project management and operational lead, ensuring cross-functional teams are fully aligned, workflows are efficient, and deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

By coordinating efforts across strategy, planning, activation, analytics and partner teams, this role ensures seamless collaboration, clear accountability and strong momentum throughout the lifecycle of each initiative. The Regional Associate Director, Client Leadership & Management plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery across all disciplines.

Responsibilities

Manage all client communications with responsiveness and attention to detail, ensuring no request goes unanswered.

Contribute to and, when appropriate, lead weekly client status and “hot list” meetings.

Support the development of client proposals, strategic recommendations and points of view.

Build strong working relationships with day-to-day client contacts and partner agencies.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative and media needs, ensuring clear communication and timely asset delivery.

Own client financial stewardship, including budget tracking, authorizations, billing and reporting.

Act as a key client contact, coordinating all client visits, meetings and external agency engagements.

Integrated Team & Project Management

Serve as the day-to-day project manager across the fully integrated client team.

Participate in all client briefings, clearly documenting and communicating client objectives to senior Client Advice leadership and integrated Strategy, Communications Design and Partnerships teams.

Actively support leadership and cross-functional teams (including SBUs) to deliver best-in-class, integrated solutions with flawless execution.

Lead the development of integrated omnichannel media strategies across digital, paid social, search, programmatic, video, OOH, TV, radio and emerging channels.

Ensure seamless coordination across planning, buying, activation and analytics teams.

Translate client business objectives into media strategies that drive measurable outcomes and KPIs.

Contribute to strong client satisfaction and long‑term partnership growth.

Produce tracking reports to monitor progress against financial goals across Initiative and Mediabrands SBUs.

Track staff utilization and scope management to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Support maintenance of scope boundaries and identification of risks or opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion in complex, integrated environments.

Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, colleagues and external partners.

Solid commercial and financial acumen.

Demonstrated experience managing campaigns end‑to‑end with measurable results, with strong expertise in:

Performance and data‑driven marketing

Digital media optimization

Strong understanding of the Puerto Rico market, including local consumer behavior and media landscape.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or media.

Background in consulting, marketing, advertising or integrated communications.

5+ years of experience leading, managing and developing teams.

Strong presenter with the ability to clearly package and sell ideas.

Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industries.

Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and compliance requirements.

Experience adapting global or regional strategies to local markets.

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) strongly preferred.
