Skills We’re Looking For: Coaching and Leading Others Effective Communication Empowers Others Values Diversity Problem Solving & Decision Making Demonstrates Ethics & Integrity Time & Priority Management General Manager Minimum Qualifications: Must have previous General Manager experience, preferably in the restaurant industry with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance Must have P&L accountability experience Must have staff development experience Must have inventory management experience Must be at least 21 years of age or older Must have the ability to work a full-time schedule Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift, in a work environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise SR Manager & Assistant Manager Minimum Qualifications: Must have previous Manager experience in the restaurant or retail industry Must have a high-school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have the ability to work a full-time schedule (AMs: 40 hours per week // SRAMs: 50 hours per week) Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift, in a work environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise Interested?
