Key Responsibilities
Represent Volonte Group professionally while engaging with potential clients
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Present and explain products or services clearly and confidently
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Track customer interactions and provide feedback to leadership
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation within the Washington, D.C. area
