We are a family-owned fine jewelry boutique specializing in custom jewelry design and a curated selection of fine jewelry. We are seeking a sales-driven, highly organized, and proactive associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. If you thrive in a boutique environment, enjoy working closely with clients, and are motivated by sales and growth, we’d love to connect.
What We’re Looking For
A true self-starter who proactively looks for ways to contribute — whether that’s following up with clients, maintaining the sales floor, organizing inventory, or supporting daily operations
Strong sales and communication skills, with the confidence to guide clients through meaningful, high-value purchases
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients, repairs, and tasks simultaneously
A warm, polished presence with a natural ability to build long‑term client relationships
Interest in fine jewelry and craftsmanship (prior jewelry experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate)
Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
Provide an elevated client experience, guiding customers through custom jewelry projects and in‑store collections
Actively build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow‑up and personalized service
Assist with jewelry and watch repair intake, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
Keep the boutique well‑presented, organized, and sales‑ready at all times
Support inventory organization and day‑to‑day boutique operations
Stay engaged and productive on the sales floor, always looking for ways to add value
