What you’ll be doing
As an SDR, you’ll be on the frontline—sparking conversations, building relationships, and qualifying leads for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your day‑to‑day will include:
Reaching out to finance decision‑makers (CFOs, Financial Controllers, Finance Managers) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Crafting thoughtful, personalized outreach that highlights how Eftsure solves real pain points
Qualifying cold and warm leads, and converting them into meaningful opportunities for your BDM partners
Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to build smart campaigns and creative strategies
Managing your time like a pro—prioritizing what matters and doubling down on what works
You’ll thrive in this role if:
You’ve worked in a BDR or SDR role before, ideally within a fast‑moving SaaS or tech environment
You’re a natural communicator who can think on your feet and build rapport quickly
You’ve got a ‘hunter’ mindset—you’re energized by targets, resilient to rejection, and hungry to win
You’re comfortable reaching out to senior finance professionals, or you’re keen to learn how
You’re confident, self‑motivated, and take ownership of your performance and development
You’re organized and tech‑savvy (bonus points if you’ve used HubSpot or Salesforce)
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
