About the Role We're looking for Channel Editors to help top live streamers build and grow their YouTube presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming long‑form streams into polished VODs that drive viewership, engagement, and subscriber growth. You'll manage the end‑to‑end editing and publishing process across multiple client channels, helping creators reach new audiences and strengthen their content output.

This is a 3-month contract role with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time position as we scale the program into a dedicated channel services team.

What You'll Do

Watch and edit livestreams into concise, engaging YouTube VODs

Handle YouTube channel operations – titles, descriptions, thumbnails, scheduling

Work across multiple creator channels, maintaining consistency in voice and style

Monitor performance and adjust content approach based on what's working

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help shape and grow this new service

What You'll Bring

1–3+ years of video editing and/or YouTube channel management experience

Strong editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) and a great sense of pacing and retention

A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, monetization, and publishing strategy

Passion for digital creators and livestream culture (especially gaming or variety content)

Ability to manage multiple channels, meet deadlines, and operate independently

Bonus Points

Experience editing or clipping for Twitch streamers or gaming creators

Understanding of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or how to extend long‑form content into short‑form

Design skills for thumbnails or channel assets
