Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Track Coach for the 2025 spring season at:
Propel Andrew St. High School
Propel Montour High School
Successful candidates will have:
Prior track coaching experience on the varsity and/or junior varsity level
Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills
Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the assistant coach and athletic director
High level of personal organization and planning
Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel
Requirements:
Up-to-date TB Test
Act 34 Criminal Clearance
Act 114 FBI Clearance
Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
The stipend amount is $3,000 for the season.
