Serves as a point of contact to staff, clients, vendors, and outside agencies.
Responds to inquiries for maintenance issues.
Under direct supervision, assists in the day-to-day administration and scheduling for large projects, emergency requests for services, and preventive maintenance through the Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMS).
Administers and coordinates the necessary documentation for applicable regulatory compliance.
Performs various administrative duties for Integrated Operations requiring excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements
High School education/equivalent.
1 to 2 years’ work experience
is required.
Experience with CMMS preferred.
Strong organizational, time management and office administration skills to administer schedules and management information systems for a large department. Ability to maintain accurate bookkeeping and budget records.
Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft software, calculator, and other automated office equipment.
