Union Mobile HVAC Plumber

Oversees the daily operation of the site’s water and sewerage systems. Applicant will be performing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on a variety of facility plumbing systems, and of varying conditions. This position requires experience in working on these types of systems and with the tools required to perform maintenance to same. The position may be called upon to perform or work alongside other general maintenance and support duties on an as-needed basis. Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing building equipment and systems required to operate and maintain plumbing equipment and systems. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate potential problems and take appropriate actions to maximize the condition of facility structures and assets. **Desired experience and technical skills**Backflow certification is required (or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment). Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes. Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports. Good verbal and written communications skills are required Knowledge of overall MEP system design and application.
