This role is primarily responsible for rebuilding hydrostatic pumps and motors, as well as rebuilding and certifying final drive assemblies.

Job Summary Location: Pennsauken, NJ
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES
Test and troubleshoot a variety of hydraulic components, including hydrostatic pumps and motors.
Diagnose and repair hydrostatic assemblies, including pumps, motors, and final drives.
Perform comprehensive disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of gear pumps and motors.
Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic tools used for hydraulic and mechanical component testing.
Collaborate with other teams to provide technical feedback on component performance and/or failures.
Ability to accurately use and read micrometers.
Enhance professional growth and development as technology advances.
Perform related duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing and operations or related education/training.
Must have basic understanding of hydraulic principles.
Prior hands-on experience specifically with testing and repairing hydrostatic pumps and motors is preferred.
Previous experience with testing and repairing drivetrain components is preferred.
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job duties consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Frequent walking and/or standing is required.
Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying of parts.
Ability to work safely and adhere to the Swanson Safety System in daily job duties.
