Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative – Entry Level (In-Person) As a Business Development Representative, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face in retail environments to promote our clients’ products and services. You’ll introduce offerings, open new accounts, and support customer retention through clear communication and product knowledge.

We’re seeking motivated individuals who want to build skills in sales and marketing. No experience is required—our hands-on training and guidance will help you develop quickly and grow into higher-level opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Engage

face-to-face

daily with potential customers in a

retail setting

and educate them on current promotions

Provide excellent service to existing clients

Represent the brand through

direct marketing campaigns

Act as a point of contact for all consumer relations

Generate leads and

drive sales

Qualifications:

Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, service, sales) preferred

Goal-oriented with a growth mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Able to perform under pressure and resolve complaints promptly
