A company is looking for an Analyst 3, Forecasting & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical data and trends to predict future demands and resource needs for Long Range forecasts
Develop and maintain forecasting models to support strategic planning and decision-making
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy of forecasting models and provide insights for business strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in statistical analysis and model validation
Ability to lead projects and implement operational improvements
