We are hiring a
Master Data Business Analyst
to join our Foodservice team where your analytical insight and systems expertise make a real impact! In this role you will have the primary responsibility for translating the business's (client) needs into actionable data requests and synthesized findings/recommendations. The role will work to support and offer solutions for critical business opportunities.
What You Will Do
Perform master data and hierarchy maintenance; ensures accuracy and integrity across systems and completes documentation of master data processes and procedures
Ensure integrity and objectivity of all data, process, and methodologies
Serve as an analytical liaison between the business client (specifically directors, managers, specialists, and analysts) and the technical analysts, translating business questions/inquiries into analytic problem statements
Partner with technical analysts to leverage their expertise to pull information and to appropriately scope requests to most efficiently answer the analytical request. Define terms and translate requirements for the technical analysts
Conduct routine analysis and assist other Business Analysts for large, complex projects
Assist the other Business Analysts and the Technical Team in defining business terms in ways the business leaders can understand, and the technical analysts can implement
Support and execute system upgrades and enhancements while adhering to change management best practices
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of analyst experience) and 3+ years in a Business Analyst focused role, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG industry
Experience translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver business impact
MS Office Suite experience and other systems (SAP or other ERP, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query)
What We Offer The base salary range for this position is $58,500 to $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required
Years of Related Experience: Typically has 3-5 years of related experience in Consumer Insights, marketing, IS, Supply Chain, or Accounting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations
Creative thinker and passionate problem solver who loves to get hands-on with complex data
