The Enterprise Property Accountability Supply Technician (ST) (Mid-Level) is tasked with supporting the organization’s civilian personnel charged with executing formal property accountability operations. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph, and it requires onsite work at our Reston, VA location due to the classified nature of the program.

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day contractual and programmatic management of the contract and all task orders.
Work within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, resolving issues encountered in the process.
Maintain historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.
Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS systems).
Validate and ensure material readiness.
Analyze equipment on-hand requirements (Class IX, VIII, VII, IV, and II) and identify potential shortages.
Requisition material to meet requirements.
Conduct inventory preparations, documentation, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all authenticated directives within established guidelines.
Identify equipment status, including completeness, serviceability, and accountability.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
Job duties and responsibilities may change due to contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Ten (10) years of related work experience combined with a high school diploma or five (5) years of related work experience with a relevant Associate’s college/university degree.
Certifications:
Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Valid U.S. Passport.
Current HAZMAT certifications.
Certificate to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Passed customer‑specific training and certifications.
Security Clearance:
Current, adjudicated, and active TS/SCI clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in Supply Management.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable supply and equipment management processes and related regulations, ensuring effective accountability of all assigned property.
Thorough familiarity with the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW).
Material & Equipment:
Laptop and desk computer.
Individual Protective Equipment (e.g., hardhat, steel‑toed boots, safety glasses, work gloves, hearing protection).
Organizational clothing and individual equipment.
U.S. Government leased, owned, and rented vehicles.
Working Environment:
Travel to and throughout various CONUS locations.
Work in an operationally sensitive environment and may perform tasks outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
Operate standard office equipment such as computers, copy machines, and printers.
Function in an office environment stationary or moderate periods; may work in austere, remote or non‑remote permissive or non‑permissive environments.
Develop relationships with logistics management counterparts within the parent organization and external partners.
Operate within an environment with minimal oversight regarding repair of weapons/equipment.
Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities:
Assist client and project managers with planning, programming, budgeting, and executing project schedules.
Travel:
Must be worldwide deployable, often to remote, austere permissive and non‑permissive environments.
Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.
Works independently and as part of a team.
Works nights and weekends as required for operational necessities.
Continuously develops professional licenses, certifications, and expertise through formal training and on‑the‑job experience.
Manages multiple, demanding, and complex projects in a timely manner with accurate results.
Physical Abilities:
Able to lift twenty‑five percent (25%) of his/her body weight over his/her head.
