HRB | Hourly Leadership Role
HRB is seeking a
Shift Lead
to help lead service, support the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and leads by example.
Pay & Compensation
$19–$25/hour , depending on experience
Plus tip share , typically an additional
$10–$20/hour , depending on business volume
Responsibilities
Lead shifts and oversee front‑of‑house operations
Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns professionally
Support, coach, and assist team members during service
Ensure accurate orders, efficient table flow, and bar‑top readiness
Execute opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
Monitor supplies and communicate needs to management
Follow HRB prep guides, service standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Guest‑first mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
