Senior Emerging and Disruptive Technology Analyst - OBIQUA
role under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as part of the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary performance location will be DIA facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR).

Anticipated Dates
Anticipated award: December 2025 / January 2026
Anticipated start: February / March 2026
Period of performance: 1 base year + 4 option years
Clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI with a current CI Poly
Responsibilities
Analyze and assess future technologies and their potential military applications by foreign states and non‑states.
Produce assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and the potential impact on defense critical infrastructure and U.S. nuclear weapons worldwide.
Produce intelligence supporting the National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment, and threat assessments/global baseline assessments for the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP).
Support DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least the last 2 years within the last 2 years and a master’s degree; OR
Minimum 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least the last 2 years within the last 2 years and a bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
